A Fortune 500 Insurance Company engaged us to design and conduct a QA Audit and use the resulting insights to engineer and implement a QA Claims Quality Index (CQI) scoring system, for the client's future quality rating use.
Our Audit returned over $5 mil in leakage and a high error Claims Quality Index score of 0.87 against an industry average of 0.61. We then implemented, monitored, and trained the client Audit team to employ this CQI scoring system.
After two years, our client saw a 241% decrease in leakage and a 216% decrease in Bad Faith exceptions, greatly decreasing our client’s liability exposure.
