TPA Talent Placement and Training

Our client, a third party administrator (TPA), retained ArtisanWorks to manage a newly acquired, complex specialty insurance program, with policy limits averaging 250% more than the client's program average.  We sourced and trained talent to manage the program - while providing direct program oversight. 


Reporting directly to the CEO, we designed discreet Guidelines, workflows, and liaised between the client’s IT team and third party tech teams to ensure proper reporting and regulatory compliance.  


By expanding our engagement to include training and knowledge transfer, we integrated our program into the client's Claims process, affording the client expertise to successfully manage their specialty program.
